The two-day virtual conference of the Museums + Heritage Summer Series 2021 will feature a dozen specialised sessions focussing on key topics of discussion and innovation throughout the sector.
Panels and talks held on 14th and 15th July will explore subject matter such as the changing terrain of social media, how to achieve the perfect blend of in-person and online offer, how to make the most of your workforce’s varied skillsets, and the ways in which to keep visitors and staff happy and healthy. Standalone sessions will also take a look at areas such as the development of new working arrangements to avoid siloes and innovative approaches to underrepresented LGBTQ+ stories held within collections.
