Unpacking Resilience

The webinar "Unpacking Resilience: What does this mean for the heritage sector?" will take place on 26 March 2021 from 2:30 - 3:30pm (GMT) and will bring together leaders from the heritage sector to unpack resilience, its meaning and potential impact.

What does resilience mean for the sector and what does it look like? What impact does this have on risk-taking and innovation? What impact does this have on power and privilege in the sector? Facilitated by Manu Maunganidze (Cultural and Environmental Consultant, Artist and Director of NYCE CICst), it will involve a conversation with Arike Oke (Managing Director, Black Cultural Archives) and David Tittle (CEO, Heritage Trust Network) as well as offer a chance to learn more about and ask questions on the School for Social Entrepreneurs and National Lottery Heritage Fund's new programme and grant designed to support leaders in the heritage sector to develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to build robust organisations and drive a culture of change.
