Arts and Cultural Management Conference for Students and Young Professionals

Organised by students of the Cultural Leadership Research Master Programme at the University of Groningen, Netherlands, the Arts and Cultural Management Conference for Students and Young Professionals will focus on "Curating Europe", dealing with the role of curators and cultural management trends in the European cultural sector.

ACMC aims to offer over 100 students and young professionals from across Europe a unique platform to present their research, exchange knowledge, and expand their professional network. ACMC will discuss the vital role of arts and culture for strengthening democracy; the use of new technologies and media in the arts and cultural management field; the present challenges and trends of employment in the cultural sector and the rest of the labour market; views on cultural entrepreneurship and its connection to a broader economic discourse; internalisation and cross-border collaboration; and addressing multiple identities within the context of diaspora, migration, and population dispersal.
