Connected Audience Conference 2019 is the 3rd International Conference on Audience Research and Development and will be held in Berlin on the role of emotions in museum and cultural experiences.
Presented by KulturAgenda, The Institute for Learning Innovation, and the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, the conference will explore the latest research in human emotions and how they shape connections in cultural experiences and museum exhibitions through a series of presentations, small group workshops, and panel discussions with emotion specialists, academics, museum professionals, and professionals from other cultural institutions. Topics discussed will include creating awe, wonder, and empathy in museum and cultural experiences; the role of emotions in visitor engagement and visitor satisfaction; and emotion as the driver of decision-making and its potential for programming and marketing.
