The 12th edition of the Hands On! conference of the International Association of Children in Museums will focus on museums’ roles as places of social inclusion.
The biennial conference will highlight the latest developments in the field of children's education in museums, children's museums, and science centres with colleagues from 30 different countries. In particular, it will discuss catering to specific needs of diverse audiences and how children’s museums use collections to inspire learning about cultural heritage. It will also explore innovative educational formats, especially in the context of digital learning.
