The 2019 ENCATC Congress on Cultural Management and Policy will take place around the main theme "Diversity and sustainability at work: policies and practices from culture and education".
It aims to address sustainability and diversity within, by, and for culture, exploring topics such as the diversity of cultural and artistic production, artists, business models, audiences, creative spaces, governance, and management models. The annual ENCATC Congress provides an opportunity for academics, trainers and researchers from the cultural management and policy educational fields with cross-disciplinary interests to mingle with professionals, policy makers and artists and to bridge the knowledge gap. The ENCATC Congress includes the Members' Forum, the Conference, the Young and Emerging Researchers' Forum, the Research Award Ceremony, the Education and Research Session, and guided tours.
