In today’s fast-evolving world, cultural leaders face growing complexity. In response, this course equips professionals with the mindset, skills and confidence to navigate that landscape and lead effective collaborations across borders and disciplines.

Participants will strengthen their cultural intelligence, develop empathy-based leadership and deep listening skills, and explore how ‘cultural diplomacy in action’ can foster meaningful partnerships. Through practical exercises and reflection, they will learn to manage people and project with agility and respect.

The masterclass will be delivered via Zoom. To accommodate participants across different time zones, we are offering two session options. Please select the date and time that best suits your location.

Following the masterclass, you will be able to gain exclusive access to a 15-minute, virtual one-to-one mentoring session designed as part of the course to answer your questions, strengthen your skills and support you in applying your learnings with confidence.
